It is easy to pick up old suitcases at the local Salvation Army or similar places,  for very little money.  Then put chips of cedar in the suitcase, along with your sweaters and store in the bottom of your closet or on an upper shelf, or under the bed.  Absolutely great protection against moths or other little creatures.  When you take your sweaters out in the fall, put your summer items in.   

Use large shower hooks over your clothes rod to hang your bets on. If you put one shower hook on each end of the rod, you can put dark belts on one hook and light belts on the other. These shower hooks also work for purse storage in your closet.
